Adjust the game to the way you play.
Comfort settings deserve a little attention before a long session.

Start with readability
Check text size, contrast options, and the information you need to recognise quickly. Sit at a comfortable distance and use the settings available in the game and on your device. A visually impressive setup is less useful if ordinary instructions become difficult to follow.
Change one input choice
If a control feels awkward, try one relevant adjustment and give it time. Keep a note of the original setting so you can compare. Avoid turning the whole options menu into a new obstacle; the goal is a setup that lets you think about the game itself.
Make breaks easy
Keep a natural stopping point in mind and pause when attention drifts. Games with clear rounds or turns can help you choose a reasonable session length. A comfortable routine includes the room, sound level, and the rest of your day, as well as the controller in your hands.
